Directions (To make VitaH2O): Add 1 x Capsule to 1L water. Allow time to dissolve. Mix water until fully dissolved. Refrigerate mixed water. 1 x Capsule makes 10 x (100ml) VitaH2O Servings.

Suggested Use: 100ml (mixed) VitaH2O (500IU Vitamin D3) daily.
